Equinox Cacao Ceremony
Since cacao has caffeine, it's important not to have any coffee or any other energizing drinks at least 3 hours before the gathering. Also, please avoid drugs or alcohol. It's best if you don't eat for a few hours leading up to the event.
Remember to drink enough water both before and after the gathering to keep yourself hydrated
